The staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. the hotel had a beautiful building with breathtaking interiors. the room was of high quality and had all the necessary amenities. the free shuttle bus service provided by the hotel was convenient for getting to the city center. the location of the hotel was also great, surrounded by a peaceful and family-friendly neighborhood, making it a perfect place for a relaxing vacation.
the reception staff were quite rude and it took a long time to check in.

I loved this reasonably priced hotel and definitely want to stay in that area again. It was clean and the staff were accommodating, beds were exceptionally comfortable. Late check-out was useful. The pool was nice and the garden — nice.

I had an amazing stay at an adults-only all-inclusive hotel in Marrakesh. The food options were plentiful and delicious, with a mix of Moroccan and European cuisine. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the pool area was lovely. Despite a few small inconveniences, the overall experience was fantastic. Attentive and friendly waitstaff, especially Oussama, Hassan, and El Bajir. Made our vacation special. Amazing experience.
